When you sign up for a Tweet Traffic Rush account, the most important thing is to make sure you use a valid email address. Without a valid email address, you can't receive the confirmation email.

If you have used a valid email address, Check your spam folder or spam filters. The email with the verification link might have got into your spam folder.

If you haven't find confirmation email in your spam folder, go to login page and try to login. You'll find link to resend confirmation email. To ensure you receive email, please add admin @ TweetTrafficRush.com to your email address white list on your email program.

If you still haven't received the email, try signing up again with a new email address. It is possible that you may have accidentally typed the wrong email address.

Go to Forgot Password page and enter your email address or username and we will send your password to your registered email address.

Before adding your account, please make sure that your Twitter account meets these three conditions.

Your account should be at least 15 days old.
Your account should have at least 6 tweets.
Your account should have at least 15 followers.

If you are still getting error message, wait for 60-90 minutes and then try again. Sometimes when Twitter's servers are overloaded, it won't let us fetch the required information.

This is the time when our system check (crawl) your Twitter account and get latest tweets. Let's say you update your Twitter account four times a day, set Frequency of Tweets Update to "Every 6 Hours" and system will be crawl your Twitter account every 6 hours to get latest tweets.

As a PRO member you can add up to 10 Twitter accounts in your profile. If you've added several accounts and you want to use maximum credits to show tweets from a specific account, you can set more weight to that account and system will show tweets from that account more often.

Suggest us that category and if we find it suitable, we'll add that to Tweet Traffic Rush.

We store user images at the time of adding Twitter account. So if you want to update your image here, just delete your Twitter account from your profile and add it again.

It means no one have added twitter account in that category which you've selected in your widget. Site has just launched so wait for some days. When someone adds twitter account in that category, it'll start showing in your widget.
